Refund Policy

Michelle Jay Consulting is committed to providing professional visa, travel, and immigration support services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

Initial Deposit Requirement

Clients are required to make an initial payment of 40% of the total service fee before the commencement of any application, or processing services.

Upon receipt of the initial deposit, Michelle Jay Consulting will begin work on the client's file, which may include consultations, document reviews, eligibility assessments, application preparation, and related administrative activities.

Non-Refundable Deposit

The initial 40% deposit is strictly non-refundable once payment has been made and services have commenced.

This deposit covers professional consultation, administrative costs, document assessment, case preparation, research, and other resources dedicated to the client's application.

The non-refundable status of the deposit applies regardless of the outcome of any visa, admission, immigration, or travel-related application, including but not limited to:

  • Visa refusals
  • Delays by embassies or immigration authorities
  • Requests for additional documentation
  • Changes in immigration policies
  • Client withdrawal from the application process
  • Failure of the client to provide required documentation

Additional Payments

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule communicated by Michelle Jay Consulting.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made by the client.
  • Payments made due to a verified billing error by Michelle Jay Consulting.

Third-Party Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Embassy and consular fees
  • Government application fees
  • Biometrics fees
  • Courier charges
  • Travel insurance fees
  • Any fees paid to third-party service providers

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, processing may take between 14 and 30 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.

Acceptance of Policy

By engaging the services of Michelle Jay Consulting and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
